Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation,
you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your
order, please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.  

If you ordered the wrong size or if for any reason, you change your mind on any
full price item(s) purchased from, you can return it to us
within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund, exchange or gift voucher
equal to the value paid of the full-priced item(s). It is essential that the
item(s) and any packaging/tags which the goods came with or in are in original
condition. If the item(s) are considered to have a manufacturing fault a refund
may be issued after inspection. Your receipt for proof of purchase is required
for all returns and exchanges to clearly state the item(s) were purchased from Please see our Returns and Exchanges for more information.  

If you have sent your return with a tracked service (which we recommend), you
can check the status of your parcel on their website.

Your return parcel will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your return
& we will notify you by email once your return has been processed for
either an exchange, store credit of or a refund.  

The promotional code must be entered in the 'gift or promotion code' box at the
checkout stage. If the promotion has applied, it will then be visible in your
updated cart total. Please note only one promotion can be entered per
transaction. Please contact our live chat team if you have any issues on
checkout and they will be able to help. Once your payment has processed, we
cannot go back to assist you.  

The Gift Card must be entered in the 'gift or promotion code' box at the
checkout stage. Enter the barcode number and pin, Select Check Balance and
Redeem. The payment will then apply. Please note, if splitting payments, pay
