DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

 

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

To ensure smoother delivery, please include a company name if you are requesting delivery to a business address, along with your first and last name. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a package has been signed and accepted on delivery, Cila Activewear will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request "Safedrop" Cila Activewear will not be held liable for missing parcels.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All Cila Activewear orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

We will always do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Cila cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Cila Activewear, as soon as possible.
